Housing Survey

You may have seen recently that the Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) has been scrapped.

Homes England recommended withdrawing the HIF as it was a bad deal for residents, the HIF plans were in pursuit of large scale development, merging 3 of our unique rural villages together which was not supported by the local community or any of the elected representatives for the wards affected.

The Labour Council's vision for Medway proves that they will continue to pursue excessive housing targets for the Hoo Peninsula. We need to build responsibly with homes in the right places and the correct infrastructure to support them.

I want to hear your views so please take a minute to fill out my survey and let me know your priorities.
