I am always blown away by the number of great businesses who operate within our constituency and I was lucky enough to visit Celessence Technolgies Ltd to meet its phenomenal joint founders and CEOs Shibani Mohindra and Suzanne Powell who have been in business for over 25 years who are the leading suppliers of micro-encapsulation technology to the textile, print and toy industries, based here in Rochester & Strood on the Medway Industrial Estate.

Celessence™️ technology is a patented microencapsulation which is applied to a number of different surfaces, the microcapsules are released with friction and movement, to deliver many different benefits including, fragrance, skin care, comfort and cooling, health and wellbeing, insect repellency, freshness, odour control, antimicrobial, sleep enhancement, immunity boosters, CBD and more.

Manufactured here and used by many different bands such as, Emirates Airlines, Slumberdown Pillows, Build-A-Bear, M&S. Celessence™️ export their products all around the world, working in some big international markets with this exciting technology.

Shibani and Suzanne are two exceptional female leaders who have created a great local team and are manufacturing a high tech product which provides real benefits to individuals using products that have Celessence™️ microcapsules. It was inspirational to hear about their journey from the development of the technology to supplying their technology globally, and its all happening here in Rochester & Strood.

For more information about what they do and the products that use this technology visit their website https://celessence.com

Labour Government fail to intervene to Save Chatham Docks
